Our fully air conditioned villa is located in the peaceful setting of
Clear Creek at Woodridge. Just off Highway 27, Clear Creek is very close to
Highway 192 with all its restaurants, shops and attractions, and is about 15 minutes drive from Walt Disney World. At the entrance to Woodridge on
Highway 27 there is also a supermarket, bank, post office, hairdressers,
dry cleaners and pizza take-away.
Entering through the front door of the villa brings you into the large
family/dining room, which is equipped with cable TV & DVD player and a stereo system with radio/cassette/CD
player. This room has patio doors
leading out to the pool area at the rear of the property. An archway leads from
the dining room into the kitchen. This is fully equipped with cooker and hob,
microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and ample cupboard space. There is also a
dining area with table and chairs.
The villa has three bedrooms, and can sleep up to 8 people. The master bedroom
has a queen-size bed, cable TV, large walk in closet and ensuite bathroom. The second
bedroom has a double bed, the third bedroom two twin beds, with both rooms
having plenty of wardrobe space. Bedrooms two and three share a bathroom, in
addition to which bedroom three has an ensuite toilet which also has a door onto
the pool area. The family room has a sofa bed bringing the maximum occupancy to
8 persons.
Patio
doors lead from the family room onto the covered lanai and screened pool area,
with it’s 30 x 14 foot swimming pool (optional pool heating available during
the winter months). Patio furniture is provided for relaxing
by the pool after long days in the theme parks and shopping malls.
There is also a large double garage and a utility room with washer and dryer.
